All About Fit Kids at UDA
Fit Kids is designed to camouflage fitness components; helping young children develop healthy exercise habits while having fun. Classes are designed to raise your child’s heart rate, increase endurance and flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles while participating in fun games and activities rather than structured exercise. Classes will combine Thai Chi, yoga, Cardio Conditioning, Fitness Circuits and Relays that incorporate running, jumping, leaping and crawling! This class will raise your child’s heart rate and their love for physical activity.
