Anne-Marie was born and raised in Salt lake City, Utah. She was one of the first students who trained at UDA in the basement of Brooke Maxwell’s home; studying ballet, jazz and tap. Years later she danced with UDA’s competitive program and furthered her education in contemporary, modern, hop-hop, ballroom, and musical theater. During high school Anne-Marie danced on The Principal Company directed by Ashley Butler for two years, studying with many professional teachers and choreographers; Sonya Tayeh, Justin Giles, Eldon Johnson, Jen Osorio Pendleton, Martha Nichols, Peter Chu, Dee Caspary, Brooke Pierotti, Matt Dorme, Caroline Lewis Jones and Hallie Cercone. After high school she attended college in New York City at American Music and Dramatic Academy in the Dance Theatre program where she furthered her education in Musical theatre, acting and singing. Currently Anne-Marie is teaching and auditioning, hoping to make her way into the professional dance/singing industry.
